RETURN POLICY

PLEASE READ

Items will be eligible for exchange 7 days from post marked delivery!!!! 

( If you received an incorrect or defective item ) Please contact Burgundybay@outlook.com about returning your items FOR EXCHANGE. Once the request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your item to. 
We will pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our store error. ( you received an incorrect or defective item ) all jewelry items are final sale, and  all sale items are final sale we do not offer refunds or exchanges for those items. All custom BurgundyBay items cannot be returned or exchanged or returned.

 

Please allow 5-7 days after items has been delivered to process your exchange if applicable. In order to honor any exchange items, all returned items MUST be in new condition with all tags attached. If the items are NOT returned in new condition, your exchanged will NOT be issued.

- ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN, UNWASHED, NO DAMAGE, UNUSED, AND TAGS ATTACHED
- NO VISIBLE MAKEUP OR DEODORANT ON ITMES
